Our client is a renowned telecom multinational company which is looking for a Partnership Manager to support the rapid business growth.  The role is mainly focusing on merchant partnerships to achieve KPI targets.

  • Identity relevant partners to grow coalition and reward opportunities and build win-win business relationship with external merchants and in-house channel partners  
  • Assist in developing and implementing program strategy and promotional campaigns and it’s reward programs
  • Work closely with internal teams/stakeholders to cross-sell, leverage and maximize collaboration opportunities as well as to build partnerships with related departments or function units to enhance efficiency and execution
  • Act as key contact point for suppliers, vendor engagement and account management to deliver revenue and/or merchant acquisition goals through management of inventory, rates and supplier relations
  • Monitor customer participation in the loyalty program; work closely with marketing and communications to implement strategies to keep members engaged, ensure that members receive value messages at all touch points (i.e. eDM, websites)
  • Perform regular review/post-campaign analysis with partners on reward program performance and recommend improvements to better achieve set KPI targets/ROI
  • Participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer loyalty marketing, sales and channel product marketing. He/she should also have experience in partnerships and reward offers sourcing and management
  • Experience from Telecom/Bank/Retail / Loyalty Rewards program is an asset
  • High intellectual curiosity, energetic, creativity and personal integrity
  • Sensitive to consumer market trend with ability to identify opportunities and implement change
  • Hands-on experience in online rewards logistics
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills, able to work independently and develop good relationship with management at all levels
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
