Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist and perform statement taking
Assist and perform site investigation
Assist in determining the liability of the claim
Assist to handle inquiries from clients and cases;
Data entry to the system and monitor the position of the claims

Requirements:

University or VTC graduate in related fields are welcome
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
Flexibility and good team player.
Willing to learn and work under pressure and self-motivated
Preference will be given to those with relevant experience or qualification in insurance field.
