Abbott Medical Optics is a leading player in the ophthalmic industry. Over the years, the cataract products of the company have been experiencing significant business growth because of its strong market position and outstanding product qualities. This position is responsible for the sales development of all cataract products within a defined territory. The incumbent is required to plan, organize and implement effective selling activities in the territory so as to achieve the business objectives of the operation.

Potential candidates are expected to possess the following attributes:

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Science related subject
• Solid sales / commercial experience in healthcare sector
• Thinking out of the box and like to challenge status quo
• Dynamic and determined to be a strong player in a winning team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Candidate with less commercial experience but having a can-do attitude may be considered for a Sales Representative position
