The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Perform general administrative duties such as stationary order, courier service, conference room booking and maintenance;
• Assist office daily works and reception duties;
• Handle in-coming calls and general enquires;
• Assist in handle travel arrangement and hotel accommodation for staff and guests;
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably with formal secretarial training;
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience;
• Self-motivated, flexible, independent and mature;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
