Responsibilities

• Follow up all aspects of customers’ product independently starting from printed fabric and  trims development;
• Provide assistance on printed fabric development, source materials and suppliers for Fashion Bags and Accessories;
• Ensure all prototypes and salesmen samples, production samples as well as shipment samples are delivered on time and in accordance with the requirements from the customers;
• Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories;
• Liaise closely with QC / QA related to quality issue from all development samples to bulk productions and to ensure the goods should be correctly, completely, meeting quality standard and delivery on time as requested from customers.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Textile and Apparel Preferred
• At least 6-8  years’ solid experience in merchandising field in handling FASHION HANDBAG  and/or ACCESSORIES from medium to medium-high product.
• Strong in printed fabric FASHIION HANDBAGS
• Familiar with BOTH UK and US MARKET is a MUST
• Knowledge of sourcing (fabric, trims, bags and accessories) and production processes is essential, with working experience in factory is preferred
• Understanding of Quality Control principles and application
• Good sense on fashion design and with concept of tooling manufacturing for prints and trims
• Hard working, well organized, proactive team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client's requirements independently and effectively
• Attentive to details and problem solving mindset is prerequisite
• Sound PC skills – Word Processing, Excel and Power Point
• Fluency in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel
