We are now looking for a HR Assistant (temporary for 4 months) of Isola Group – Hong Kong office. It is responsible for providing administrative support in human resources function, such as update and maintains proper record in the personnel system and supports various HR programs in Asia counties.

 PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and updated the staff personnel record and the HR filing system
• Support various HR programs including but not limited to annual performance management, incentive calculation, salary review, training plan and record, Asia Insurance program as well as the staff movement in Asia countries
• Assist to prepare the Company Annual Dinner function and other staff activities
• Provide HR & administration support to the HR team in Asia

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• High Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Min. 1 year of working experience
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Power point
• Independent and well-organised, result-oriented with speed and agility
• Sensitive to data and attentive to details
