Requirements:

• At least 2 years solid experience in building portfolio management
• Experience in working out building’s staff duty roster planning necessary
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Fast and accurate typing is a MUST
• Outdoor work is necessary and may need to work overtime
• Salary will commensurate with job experience and qualifications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Property Assistant
