Responsibilities:

• Supervise and montior the work progress and performance of cleaning contractors
• Monitor the cleanliness of all areas to ensure quality standards and services are met
• Lead and coach the staff to maintain high quality standards and services are met
• Prepare relevant documents and reports for management review

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in sizeable property management company or cleaning service company
• Solid experience in supervising cleaning contractors will be an advantage
• Independent, responsible, well-organized and service-oriented
• Good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
