Job Description


The Person

We are looking for an individual with good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. He/She should be mature, flexible, open-minded and able to work independently as well as under pressure.

The entry requirements for this job are:

(i)             a recognized degree, preferably majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, from a university in the HKSAR or equivalent;

(ii)           at least 2 years’ relevant experience in compliance, trust business or management of pension/retirement schemes, insurance, investment/banking, complaint handling/customer service or accounting/auditing preferably gained from public organizations or large corporations; and

(iii)          a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

 

The Job

Duties will include:

(i)             processing on-going requirements of ORSO schemes/MPF exempted ORSO schemes like vetting of annual returns, periodic fee collection, maintenance of scheme particulars and winding up of ORSO schemes;

(ii)            processing on-going requirements of MPF exempted schemes like appointment/retirement of trustees, chasing default contributions and withdrawal of MPF exemption;

(iii)           processing applications for ORSO registration/exemption and MPF exemption;

(iv)          handling suspected non-compliance incidents;

(v)            handling hotline and written complaints/enquiry cases;

(vi)          assisting in the preparation of statistical and management reports; and

(vii)         performing other duties as assigned.

 

Terms of Appointment and Remuneration Package


Terms of Appointment: The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract for two years initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and relevant experience.
