Job Description
Our client a growing relocation company a looking to hire an experienced Manager, Client Services to join their office in Hong Kong.
The Client Services Managers main responsibility is managing a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients.
The Manager, Client Services plays a key role in managing the expectations and interactions in all stakeholders in the relocation process to ensure a successful outcome.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations in accordance with each client agreement or terms and conditions and under the direction of the management.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver assignment management services in line with the Client contracts and any additional services as required and approved by the management
- Act as point of escalation for customers internally and externally
- Oversee quality of operational processes and procedures for the client assignments
- Manage client contract to ensure high standard of service delivery through regular meetings, KPI reporting and prompt issue resolution
- Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews / Account Reviews
- Partners with implementation team upon award of new business to on-board the client successfully
- Supports new technology and other process initiatives and provides support and subject matter expertise to the Information Technology group as needed
- Work closely with the Client Services and Operations teams to expand account revenue and facilitate renewals
- Acts as a subject matter expert for services in one or more of the following areas:Domestic Relocation Policies, International Relocation Polices, International Assignment Management, Expatriate Tax and Cost Projections, Tax Equalization, Expatriate Payroll, Year-End Processing and Compensation Summaries, Tax Advances and Collections.
Requirements: - 5+ years’ experience in Global Mobility, Consulting, Relocation, Human Resources; preferably with experience in living abroad with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures
- Domestic and International Mobility experience preferred
- Direct client interaction and advisory experience required
- Prior tax and compensation experience preferred
- Ability to analyze and evaluate business process in order to identify and implement solutions
- Strong knowledge and command of global mobility management, customer service delivery, problem resolution, business processes, workflow, project management and operations management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills, especially with clients and senior management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Travel as required (international and domestic)
- Fluent English and Cantonese preferred
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s / Masters degree
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification / GMS preferred
