Responsibilities:

• Handle month end of Business units financials performance, with variance analysis against Budget/ Forecast
• Compile Management reports
• Provide / develop models, templates and perform financial analysis on business performance of the projects / business units / company,
• Work with business units on Budget / Forecast and track performance with variance analysis on a timely basis
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis support and/or new initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or similar discipline; with professional qualification in ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent is a MUST
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience with background in construction / engineering industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint, with financial modeling experience
• Excellent communication skills, able to work and interface well with personnel at various levels
• Proactive, possess analytical mindset, able to work under pressure
