Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to a sales team
• Schedule recruitment interviews 
• Follow up on new recruit
• Conduct simple market research, prepare documents for meetings, appointments and presentations
• Manage and assist in all projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above (University students are also welcome)
• Fluent or native Putonghua is a definite advantage
• Familiar with MS office application (Word, Excel and Power Point )
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, presentable and able to work independently
• Local PRC students (IANG Applicants) are welcome
• Immediate availability is an advantage
• Full time preferred but a part-time will consider
