Responsibilities

• Manage a full spectrum of Human Resources functions
• Assure that recruiting and retention programs are of high quality and attract and retain highly talented team members
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Review and update the HR policies and procedures in line with the latest market HR practice
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Nurture a positive working environment to enhance employee relation
• Provide guidance on employment matters and legislation
• Manage employee benefit and compensation plan, including monthly payroll administration
• Based on current and future business needs, develop and implement learn and development programme

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years relevant experience
• People oriented and results driven
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Ability to understand business functions and metrics within the business and industry
• Ability to proactively identify and diagnose business needs and deliver relevant solutions
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Solid technical HR knowledge
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional HR management
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Good communication and presentation skills
