Responsibilities :

Reporting to Project Engineer in Project Management, you will be liaising with the users on their requirements, liaising with providers of advanced medical technology, working with consultants overseeing the design, cost, programming, quality control and construction management of new and renovation projects.

Requirements :

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in site coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of E&M systems and with sound working experience in design and construction of building projects
• Experience in structural work and E&M work coordination
• Familiar in AutoCad and MS project, knowledge of BIM is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and managerial skills in handling development projects
• Independent, flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
