Job Description

Responsibilities:

Human Resources Services

  • Assist in all human resources functions for assigned area but not limited to on-boarding process, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, resignation and termination
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with the legal and statutory requirements
  • Ensure up-to-date personal and leave records are maintained
  • Provide HR reports and statistics in a timely and accurate way to global office and management review
  • Promote employee relations through ongoing advice and effective communication
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies in a quality manner
  • Undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by the department

Recruitment and Selection

  • Assist the Senior HR Officer to arrange the recruitment activities ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business
  • Ensure to carry out recruitment activities are in alignment with department budget
  • Involve in recruitment projects such as career talk, recruitment days etc which build Jimmy Choo’s image as an employer of choice
  • Facilitate reference check, package proposal, employment contract and document verifications

Compensation & Benefit

  • Perform C&B administration of assigned areas and ensure all salary / staff movement / benefit actions are carried out timely and accurately
  • Assist the Senior HR Officer to manage the company’s annual C&B review and HR processes e.g. annual salary review, budget process and performance management
  • Prepare the salaries tax returns and report to the Inland Revenue Department timely

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience and preferably in retail industry
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
