Job Descriptions:

• To manage and maintain good communication with external counterparties on the development of the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme ('SFGS'), including application processing, guarantee administration, claim processing and business promotions;
• To encourage wider use of the SFGS among the lenders in Hong Kong to augment financing support for SMEs;
• To coordinate and implement initiatives in relation to Scheme features and changes in policies, procedures and processes, and proactively provide effective trainings and implementation solutions;
• To ensure the quality of service, effective operational supports and collaboration with both internal and external partners;
• To participate in ad hoc duties or projects; and
• The employment will be on a contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline;
• A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in SME and commercial lending with reputable Authorized Institutions, experience in planning and implementation of operational initiatives, procedures and internal controls an added advantage;
• Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, able to meet tight deadlines, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Strong analytical, organising and communication skills and management capability;
• Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, eager to learn with strong adaptability;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Proficient in computer operation and strong spreadsheet skills, knowledge in MS Access an added advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
