Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in SFC license application in preparing and setting up process, operations and infrastructure of the firm ;
• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm ;
• Manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance;
• Operate and monitor trading platform；
• Supervise and execute Securities and Futures order；
• Maintain good relationship with clients;
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices;
• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1, 2(Sole) regulated activities;
• Provide support and assist to senior management on firm’s investment function.

Requirements:

• University Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Banking or a business related discipline;
• Having sound knowledge of SFO, SFC codes & guidelines, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management controls;
• Holding RO Type 1 license for 3 years and above;
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Current holder of SFC Responsible Office license for Type 1&2 preferred;
• Must be smart, proactive, tactful, good analytical skill and business sense and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
