Responsibilities:

• Screen investment projects ie.real estate properties/land, prepare analysis at various stages and be responsible for the whole investment process
• Conduct industry research including financial modelling and valuation, prepare reports on private equity industry trends, portfolio performance, risk analysis, capital allocation plans and other issues supporting investment literature to facilitate decision making
• Execute financial modeling and business valuation analyses and identify deal issues and assist in providing suggestions for solutions
• Perform financial due diligence for potential investment opportunities and work with external professional parties
• Ensure that the investment portfolios comply with legal, regulatory, audit and tax requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Investment, Business Management or a related discipline,
• More than 8 years of working experience in asset management, private equity, investment banking, securities firms or relevant financial institutions
• Proven experience in financial investment, financial analysis and private equity funds preferably in financial institutions M&A transactions
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency  in Mandarin
