We are the asset management division and wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise with more than 90 billion RMB’s total assets. Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we are seeking an additional Responsible Officer to assist with discretionary asset and fund management (SFC Type 9 regulated activity).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the establishment of fund infrastructure and operational processes.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to implement business/investment decisions
• Overall supervision of portfolio management to uplift Collective Investment Scheme, compliance, company policies, statutory rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in asset management relating to discretionary portfolio management and or fund management.
• Experienced with Collective Investment Scheme 
• Current holder of SFC unconditional Responsible Officer license for Type 9, (Type 1 and Type 4 added benefit). However, Type 9 Representatives will also be considered if they fulfill the education and experience prerequisites.
• Solid understanding of middle and back office operations, risk controls and investment process in respect to discretionary portfolio management and fund management
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills
