Responsibilities:

•       Assisting the Project Manager in managing projects and ensures the projects are delivered

        with quality and within budget

•       Assisting in project schedule, works coordination and other ad-hoc related duties

•       Liaising & coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors for project implementation

•       Participating meeting and site inspection when required

•       Driving licence is an advantage

Requirements:

•       Diploma or above in building or construction management or other related disciplines.

•       At least 3 year solid on-site experience in interior fitting out works and decorative project

•       Strong planning & organization skills

•       Hardworking, responsible, work under pressure & tight schedule, good team player

•       Proficiency in MS office, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing is required

•       Good communication skills in Cantonese, English & Putonghua
