Job Description

• Supervise in-house technician team
• Supervise all alteration and additional, repair and maintenance works of both unfurnished and serviced apartments, restaurants, shops, car park, club facilities and other public areas
• Liaise with outside contractors, consultants and government authorities
• Manage renocation project independently

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate / Academic award by VTC or IVE holder in Building Studies, Building Surveying or Interior Design or equivalent
• Appropriate practical working experience preferable in Property Maintenance for prestigious residential buildings
• Have sound knowledge for Minor Works Control System
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
