Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate retail website, content management and admin system
• Coordinate with various internal departments for daily online store operation.
• Assist in product management includes product listing, product photo editing, compose product description and pricing
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns but not limited to email marketing, online social media marketing and search engine marketing
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer service
• Update daily transaction information and generate sales report for management review

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines; Business, Marketing or IT is preferred. Candidate with lower educational can be considerate.
• 1-2 years’ experience in merchandising, store operation or marketing in retail industry is preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, Web Page Design, Google Analytics and Internet Technology
• Good interpersonal, organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Interested in developing career in the ecommerce industry
