• Job Summary

We are looking for a IT systems support engineer who is familiar with any ERP software and hardware/network support. He will be required to help build , maintain, and troubleshoot our IT systems and Network infrastructure. He will be also required to provide first hand support for ERP software and Tier1 hardware/network support for the entire organisation.

• Job Requirements

• Good problem solving and analytical skill

• 5+yearsexperience in system and user support

• Hands onexperience in PC application and server support

• Take Initiative and able to work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English/ Chinese

• Candidate with ERP software maintenance experience will be given preference.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
