 Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users on hardware, software and network problems
• Perform system (software, hardware and network) installation and maintenance
• Maintain proper hardware and software inventory
• Liaise with other departments and IT vendors for purchase orders
• Write programs to generate monthly management reports
• Periodic website updates

 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience in IT system support, hardware installation and maintenance
• Sound knowledge of PC, Windows, Mac, Basic Networking, Email and General Software
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
