Role description

The preferred candidate will be supporting ICT functions, providing support and training to staff in their use of the information and communication systems; meeting with the business to ensure the needs of the studios are being met and participate a national level with the group technology team.

Key responsibilities

• End user IT support (level 1 and 2)
• IT Assets management
• IT systems monitoring
• AD user account management
• Manage performance and incidents for PC, printers, AV equipment, phones and mobile devices.

Key skills and experience

• Experienced in a small to medium sized network of desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies. Architectural, engineering and/or graphic application experience would be advantageous
• Excellent people management skills. Previous experience of Supervising, training and mentoring staff.  Ensuring even spread of work between team and delegation of tasks and project work.
• Experienced in Windows 7 troubleshooting
• Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows server 2008 R2
