Merchandising Manager / Assistant Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor a Merchandising Team to achieve desired sales revenue and goals as well as sales forecast
• Manage fabric and material sourcing, sampling, pricing to provide competitive price with quality products to clients.
• Optimize design and sourcing advantages to come up with competitive products in terms of both pricing and quality
• Cultivate and maintain partner relationship with key suppliers to ensure best pricing, product development and on-time delivery
• Handle product engineering from product development to bulk shipment

Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years solid garment experiencein fashion wear business, preferably gained from sizable companies.
• Strong technical and production management background in all round products of sweaters, woven and cut & sewn.
• Experiences in handling multi customers.
• Solid knowledge in cost control
• Good communication and problem solving skills, self-driven and proactive
• Initiative, responsible, aggressive, well organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandising Manager.
