Job Description
SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for the management of Marketing and CRM projects and assist in developing and implementing the function strategies in the region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage HK and China press samples to endure prompt delivery to targeted publications
- To handle day-to-day press enquiries and loan requests
- To update Alexander McQueen's Chinese social media content calendar, translate, coordinate and format all needed materials, and upload projects, etc.
- To keep track on local media environment - new titles, media plan
- To assist in managing the CRM program and ensure full and clear database maintenance
- To assist in updating regular reports and analysis to London head office
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree holder or above in marketing and communications or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with exposure in MNCs is preferred
- Fresh graduate with passion in fashion and marketing will also be considered
- Extremely well-organised
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
