Responsibilities:

• Prepare SFC regulated filing and FRR reporting;
• Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and financial reporting of the group independently;
• Prepare management reports, budgeting & financial analysis;
• Monitor daily liquid capital and cash flow;
• Review and recommend finance related policies and procedures in accordance with laws, rules and regulations;
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements: 

• University Degree/ Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines;
• Professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent will be an advantage;
• 3 years or above relevant work experience in listed company, preferably in financial services or securities industry;
• Profound knowledge in SFC regulated reporting, FRR reporting and compliance;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office applications with Chinese processing will be an advantage;
• Be responsible, self-motivated, well-organized with strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently with efficiency and willing to meet tight deadline
