A leading travel services company looking for an HOTEL BUSINESS MANAGER based in Hong Kong.

HOTEL BUSINESS MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

•         Sourcing and delivery for sale of all hotels in Hong Kong & Macau;
•         Direct negotiation with hotels and chains for rates, allotments and favorable conditions;
•         Visiting and inspecting hotels on a regular basis to ensure good relationships with hoteliers;
•         Ensuring that all contracts are received to deadline and that contract conditions are met;
•         Dealing with any disputes between the hotels and company.

Requirements:

•         Degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant experience; Prior experience in OTA  hotel and travel industry is essential;
•         Presentable, guest service oriented and possess strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills;
•         Mature, Self-motivated, detailed minded, well-organized;
•         Ability to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills;
•         Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is must;
•         Good in Excel and Chinese typing;
•         Travel as required (Mainland China); Working in Shenzhen or Guangzhou Branch office when required;
•         A flexible approach dependent upon the business demands;
•         To analysis and review Sales, Competitor, Market reports.
