This role's primary function is to execute the packaging team objective of developing and delivering packaging solutions which meet agreed time-lines, specification, costs and quality standards. This role, reporting into the Packaging Manager, will cover all products sourced and developed in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Shanghai and sold in International, UK & US stores.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:

• Control the development of packaging solutions (primary and secondary) to ensure delivery of final products under agreed specifications, costs and quality requirements
• Manage projects including critical path setting, packaging specification, print color, quality and testing and artwork development
• Develop suppliers through a range of activities including audits, assessments, visits and evaluations
• Coordinate and manage all stakeholders in projects including buyers, suppliers, packaging team members and other internal teams in HK, Shanghai, UK and US
• Maintain and update system records and reports

Key Position Requirements:

• University graduate in industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years of packaging working experience in printing, manufacturing or industrial engineering field. 
• Excellent project management and technical knowledge in primary and secondary packaging in beauty gifting and paper packaging / printing
• Knowledge on MS Office, advanced Excel skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Solid quality management skills from design brief to delivery
• Detailed technical and production problem solving skills
• Solid leadership experience is an advantage
