工作流程:

• 出席簡介會: 合適的申請者將被安排參與工作簡介會，確保清楚明白探訪流程及細節。
• 安排探訪: 探訪時間將會根據不同任務有所不同——有可能會在10分鐘內完成，又有可能超過1—2小時。您可以在規定期限前的任何時候進行您的神秘訪問，惟部份項目需要於平日辦公時間內進行。
• 撰寫報告: 您需要按要求及時限完成詳細的問卷，並上傳相關檔案及影片

資格：

• 大專或以上程度
• 細心盡責，觀察力強
• 能撰寫中文報告
• 具服務行業或神秘顧客經驗者優先

薪酬：

• 以每個成功探訪計算，視乎項目性質、探訪數目、內容及探訪地點而有所不同
