Job Description:

• Handle all Logistics Arrangements and Documents (Import & Export, Document, Customs declaration, Price Negotiation, Local transportation, Port to Warehouse, Warehouse to Sites)
• Handle issues with the company vehicles (Insurance, Maintenance, Change of cars, Document - Vehicle registration, Renewal of license, Scrap car, Auto-toll, Fuel Card, Penalty, Accident claims)
• Name Cards / Printing (Forms, Letters, Labels)
• Order Water / Photocopier Consumables (carbon Cartridge, Maintenance, Repair)
• Consumables for pantries (tissue papers, coffee, etc.)
• Order and distribute all stationaries for office staff
• Handle all documents for purchase on behalf of projects
• Air Con maintenances and repairs in Office
• Manage office cleaning company
• Handle timesheet for the team
• Help to type Purchase Orders

Qualification required:

• F.5 Graduate

Experience required:

• Must have a good knowledge and experience in Logistics
• Experience in Letter of Credit will be a good advantage
• Purchasing experience will be an advantage
• Experience with company cars will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English

• Need to work overtime
• Able to handle working pressure
