Job Description

Qualification

Holder of Diploma or Certificate in related discipline;
2 years working experience in property management;
Good command in both spoken and written Enghish and Chinese;
Outgoing character with good communication skills and willing to learn;
Well versed to Microsoft windows applications;
Less experience will be considered as ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER

Job Duties

To assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations, liaison, administration and handling documents;
To build up and maintain good relationships with clients;
To handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners;
To attend meetings of Incorporated Owners;
To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors;
