Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance policy renewal process
• Insurance policy administration support to sales and client services team
• Other administration support to the department
• Reception duty relief
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Tertiary or above education
• 3 years and above of working experience
• Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, proactive
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills 
• Mature, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• High proficiency in using Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
