Reporting to Brand Manager, the successful incumbent will take the responsibilities as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular market visits in HK & Japan to understand own stores and do competitor research
• Recap and analyze OTB budget submitted by the buyers.
• Coordinate with design on assortment and product development
• Determine global pricing strategy of the new products
• Keep track and analyze sales performance of products; manage to call out appropriate adjustments on the collection base on brand image and sales.
• Monitor and support inventory control in key markets.
• Work closely with production merchandisers on bulk order follow-ups.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and business partners on ad-hoc projects and events

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Business related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of solid retail buying experience or product development (preferable Bags/Accessories) with knowledge in sales analysis, inventory management and product planning
• Experience to coordinate global brand business is preferable
• Interest in and have passion on fashion
• Well-organized and proactive
• Willing to travel and work with multi-national teams
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong business sense, attentive to figure and able to work independently to solve problems
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Merchandising Planner.
