Job Description
Responsibilities
• Provide all-rounded support to Group Executive Director.
• Manage and assist in all projects assigned with professional manner & judgment.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively & independently.
• Organize and coordinate business/social calendars and travel itineraries.
• Attend business meetings and functions in Hong Kong and overseas.
Requirements
• University graduate, preferably in business admin / hotel management / marketing discipline.
• 3+ years' experience working for senior executives in large corporations, preferably with exposure in property / financial / hospitality industries.
• Some experience in legal-related or China-related work will be an advantage.
• Willing to learn and take up responsibility.
• Must be systematic, detail-oriented and result-driven.
• Attentive to boss' needs, presentable with outgoing and pleasant personality.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both spoken and written).
• Willing to work outsides of normal office hours & travel frequently (incl. Mainland China).
