Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing,             posting and recording accounts receivable data
• Preparing and checking all debit note and credit note
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
• Follow up on outstanding receivables with customers
• Sorting and filing all documents of AR section
• Update record in the accounting system
• Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status

Requirements:

• Diploma or above and LCC 2nd Level or above
• Proven 2-3 years working experience as accounts receivable clerk, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good in MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Working location: Fanling
