Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration services for the department and the Company;
  • Review and formulate administrative policy and procedure;
  • Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services;

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with formal secretarial or Administration training
  • 1 year working experience
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, mature and good team mate
  • Willing to work under pressure, initiative, self-motivate
  • Immediate available is preferred
