Key responsibility:

 

• Cultivate our corporate culture which has been integral to our success
• Assist with recruitment and short-listing of candidates
• Oversee a full spectrum of HR support services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, leave management, performance management, staff training and development, HR system administration and maintenance, employee relations, policy formulation and review, etc.
• Assist with the Initiation, development and implementation of key HR strategies

 

Requirements:

 

• Crucially, we are looking for someone that shares our values, vision and attitude. We want to find someone who can help enable staff to reach their potential and put the right people in the right places, growing careers and growing the company at the same time.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferably in Human Resource Management)
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Law and some regional experience preferred
• Fluency in English, preferably as mother tongue
