Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience in secretarial and administration support
- Experience in serving senior management and data analysis
- Proficient in communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Good computer knowledge in using MS Word and Excel
- Well-organized, energetic, cheerful with good interpersonal skills
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of secretarial and office administrative duties
- Responsible for travel arrangement and business meetings coordination
- Support administration team on quotation comparison and cost/data analysis
- Prepare correspondence, meeting materials and monthly expenses reports
