Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-4 years experience in secretarial and administration support
  • Experience in serving senior management and data analysis
  • Proficient in communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Good computer knowledge in using MS Word and Excel
  • Well-organized, energetic, cheerful with good interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of secretarial and office administrative duties
  • Responsible for travel arrangement and business meetings coordination
  • Support administration team on quotation comparison and cost/data analysis
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting materials and monthly expenses reports
