Responsibilities:

• Handle client’s enquiries on account opening, trading platform and market information;
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers and attract new clients;
• Responsible for daily operations including settlement services, client service and administrative supports;
• Be a team player and collaborate with other departments to manage customer feedback;
• Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by Team Head.

 Requirements:

• University degree in Finance / Business or other related disciplines;
• Familiar with online trading with strong numerical sense;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency of PC skills (MS Office and Chinese word processing);
• HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 & 9 or equivalent will be an advantage;
• Details oriented and communication skills;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Native Mandarin speaker preferred;
• IANG visa candidates are welcomed;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
