Job Description

Work in Systems Integration Consulting large-scale, complex projects or programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Testing professionals utilize Accenture delivery assets to plan and implement testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure solution quality before deployment.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Develop test strategy and plans for insurance clients in system integration projects or programs
• Define and administer standard testing architecture methodologies, processes and tools across the engagement.
• Create test estimates and define/build reusable testing assets for large/complex projects.
• Lead the test team to plan and execute test strategy and test plans.
• Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts.
• Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.
• Defining application test entrance and exit criteria
• Participating in recruiting and capability development activities in your geography

Qualifications - External

• Over 5 years of experience in insurance (life or general insurance) industry
• Deep understanding on insurance processes and operations: distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, customer services, product development, reinsurance, compliance and regulatory reporting, accounting, and MI reporting / analytics, etc.
• Over 3 years of experience s in test planning, preparation and execution and have experiences in leading a team of more than 4 people in test execution for insurance companies.
• Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team’s overall test objectives.
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
• Prior experiences in working with offshore delivery centre is an advantage
• Knowledge of insurance industry packaged solution) in Asia is an advantage (e.g., policy administration solution, incentive compensation solution)
• Experience in regional or global solution deployment for insurance companies is an advantage
