Responsibilities

• Design and prepare various school promotional materials and souvenirs
• Assist in advertising and promoting school through various publications and media
• Assist in organizing and promoting school events
• Update school website and publicize the school through social media
• Any other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements

• Post-secondary education with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience preferably in education
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing (40 wpm), Webpage, Photoshop, Illustrator and/ or Bridge
• Familiar with social media
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
