Job Description

Technical Support Engineer / Help desk Support

Duties :

Technical support for Clients
Operations support in Data Centre

Requirements :

Degree in Electronic / Computer Engineering or related discipline
0-2 years’ relevant experience;
Experience on PC Hardware Assembly & Troubleshooting
Knowledge on Windows OS, including Server Installation & Troubleshooting

System Engineer

Job Duties:

Monitor the network, set up and administrate PC servers
Perform system programming, program transfer and maintain user accounts
Review system performance, network event logs and review compliance to policy

Requirement:

High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 3 years IT experience in network, system support or administration
Experience in Windows server, Linux server, network support
Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

IT Security Engineer

Job Duties:

To responsible for design, develop, maintain security infrastructure for our systems
Manage security equipment and services
Perform risk assessment and introduce mitigation measures to improve security infrastructure for new systems/applications

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Studies or related disciplines
At least 3 years experience in networking
Hand on experience in managing security services and network devices
CISSP holder is preferable
Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

P.S.:

Good Spoken in Cantonese, English is required
