Summary of the role:

Corporate Banking professionals have deep banking industry skills who serve commercial banks.  

Their insights, experience and credentials come from deep industry expertise and/or client experience which gives them deep knowledge of the corporate banking product offerings including Risk & Regulatory requirements and changes that impact the country view, Business Process Development and Reengineering within the corporate banking area Individuals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that combine the corporate banking related processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.  They analyze client business processes and target specific strategic business opportunities to help banks define and implement corporate banking solutions with increased operational performance, addressing business needs.

Individuals help to develop key approaches needed to bring the client through the journey, and they also help identify issues and risks, with proposed mitigation measures to address these concerns as part of the engagement.

 

Experience / knowledge Required:

  • First tier University  Bachelor or  Master  with major in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting      
  • Experience:
    • More than 5-6 years work experience in corporate banking system OR
    • 2-3 years in consulting and 3-4 years in banking industry
  • Good English and Chinese Communication Skills 
  • Willing to travel within region for projects
     

 Skill track:

  • Corporate banking – corporate payments, trade finance, corporate lending / deposits, cash management
  • Experience leading a team / small project
  • Experience in planning and work effort estimation

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing estimating, forecasting and work planning assistance.
  • Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities.
  • Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy.
  • Defining application entrance and exit criteria.
  • Being recognized as an expert on one or more application vendors/products.
  • Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g., including process standards).
  • Creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions.
  • Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities.

Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities
