Job brief

We are looking for a passionate candidate to fill the position of Sales  & Marketing Coordinator to provide support to the sales team.   The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues, external agencies and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.  

Responsibilities

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, communicating relevant information.

Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Making initial contact, calling and visiting customers/external agencies

Assist in market research and after-sales support when requested

Ensure adherence to company policies

Requirements

Post-secondary graduate

Proven experience in sales, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus

Good computer skills (MS Office)

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Well-organized, self-motivated, self-disciplined, diligent, willing to learn, and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent verbal and written communication skill

A team player with high level of dedication
