Responsibilities:

• Assist the operation of a beauty academy
• Get familiarized with Company culture, structure, services, systems, policies, workflow and standards so as to provide comprehensive support to the management
• Review and support daily operational workflows for continuous improvement
•  Analyze data and provide monthly reports for management review
• Coordinate, perform and follow up general administrative works
• Perform duties and projects as assigned by the management
• Working visa can be arranged by the Company
• Handle other ad hoc projects as required

 Requirements:

• University graduate
• Self-motivated, assertive, strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Outgoing, energetic, proactive and willing to learn
• Willing to take up challenges and enjoy meeting people
• A self-starter and result-oriented
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Working visa can be arranged by the Company
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
