Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to achieve sales objectives and other business objectives
• Lead a small sales team in achieving team targets; Train and coach teammates for product knowledge and selling skills
• Promote and  sell of medical products/ equipments (bed and furniture,  storage system, lighting and surgical equipment)  and provide one-stop solutions to healthcare institutes such as  government/private hospitals, day surgery specialists, primary care clinics and nursing home
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports to the Management
• Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients.
• Proactively develop more principals and provide new products and services; explore new business opportunities

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Technology, IT or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 year experiences in selling medical equipment and consumables.  Knowledge in bed & furniture and surgical are essential
• Self-motivated, enjoy team work and excellent leadership skill in driving team performance
• Computer knowledge in Mircosoft Office and ERP system
• Good commend in English and Chinese
