Job Description

  

Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to customer in professional manner to enhance customers’ satisfaction
  • Support Manager the training & sharing sessions so as to uplift service standard
  • Liaise with various departments to enhance the operation efficiency and effectiveness
  • Take care customer’s complaint and feedback via email/facebook

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Solid experience in customer care service, preferably in Consumer Electronics or Telecom industry
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Able and enjoy to work with people of diverse backgrounds with strong interpersonal skills
  • 5-day work from 9am to 7pm
  • Work location: Kowloon Bay
