My client is a Top-Tier Multinational Logistics firm with a strong presence across the Asia market. They are currently looking for Logistics Operations professional to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations Manager
• Coordinate invoices to trade customers
• Coordinate accountant on rate audit
• Handling daily operation work (primarily related to transportation/logistics)
• Authority to carry out the activities and maintain the relationships specified in this job description

 Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Logistic or related discipline
• 1-3 years’ experience in logistics/transportation operations/shipping
• Freight forwarding and shipping line experience is a must
• Fluent in English and Mandarin 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Multi-tasks and good in communications
• customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of principles and processes required for moving goods via ocean, air, rail, and road including relative costs and benefits
